On June 16 in Hanoi, the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Dr. Lê Tiến Trường – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinatex – presided over and chaired the meeting.
The meeting successfully elected seven members to the Board of Directors and five members to the Supervisory Board for the 2025–2030 term. The Board of Directors continued to place its trust in Dr. Le Tien Truog by re-electing him as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vinatex; Mr. Trần Quang Nghị was elected Vice Chairman; Mr. Cao Huu Hieu was appointed CEO of Vinatex; and Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang was elected Head of the Supervisory Board for the 2025–2030 term.
