In production management, the company focuses on strict control of fibers and reclaimed materials, clear classification of each batch, and precise blending ratios to maintain yarn consistency. Organizing production through dedicated lines for each yarn type, limiting product changes, and planning production schedules 15 days in advance help stabilize operations and product quality.
Hoa Tho Corporation is also accelerating technology optimization, increasing automation, and applying real-time quality monitoring systems alongside predictive maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce long-term costs.
