In the third quarter of 2025, Vinatex organized the HR Pro-Training program in a hybrid format (in-person and online) to address HR skill gaps, standardize HR operations, and build a foundation for a modern human resource management system. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Office, Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Joint Stock Corporation

The course provided modern, in-depth, and practical knowledge on human resource management, covering topics ranging from an overview of HR management, compensation systems, labor relations, and corporate culture to the application of AI in HR. Learners had the opportunity to reinforce core knowledge about the roles and functions of the HR department, while gaining access to new tools and methods to enhance management effectiveness and learn from the experience of other units.

The training content delivered high practical value for Hoa Tho Textile Garment Joint Stock Corporation. The Human Resource Management Overview module helped align the HR strategy with the business strategy, enhancing HR’s proactive role in long-term planning. The Compensation Optimization module reinforced methods for building fair and motivating reward systems and introduced ideas for innovative policy improvements. The Labor Relations module provided real-world examples and guidance based on updated legal frameworks, supporting the development of a stable working environment. The Corporate Culture and Internal Communications module emphasized HR’s role in spreading core values and strengthening employee engagement. Notably, the AI Application module opened new directions for digital transformation in HR, from recruitment and evaluation to intelligent HR data analytics.

In the coming period, the company hopes that Vinatex will continue organizing online and offline workshops to share HR best practices; provide more advanced training programs on AI applications, compensation systems, data analytics, and soft skills; also strengthen connections among HR teams across units.

The HR Pro-Training program has enhanced professional capabilities and inspired innovation, helping the Hoa Tho HR team become ready to lead the development of a high-quality workforce in support of the company’s sustainable growth goals.

Le Pham Ngoc Hoang Nguyen – Head of Human Resources, Hue Textile Garment Joint Stock Company

Vinatex’s third-quarter training program took place at the right time, as Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company is restructuring its organization and renewing its human resource management system. The course helped the company better understand the role and responsibilities of the HR department in the new context, particularly for the labor–compensation workforce at the factory level. The training content strengthened knowledge and skills in workforce planning, compensation and benefits development, labor relations, problem-solving, corporate culture communication, and the application of AI in HR management.

Hue Textile Garment Joint Stock Company will apply the knowledge gained from the training program to review and enhance its human resource management system, ensuring alignment with the Group’s orientation and the company’s development strategy. I propose that the Group’s HR Division continue organizing more in-depth training programs on strategic workforce planning, performance management, succession development, and digital transformation in HR. These topics will help HR teams across all units—including Hue Textile Garment —become more professional and effective, better meeting the Group’s development requirements.

The HR Pro-Training program organized by Vinatex’s HR Department delivered significant practical value to the HR team, helping Hanosimex systematize foundational knowledge and approach modern HR management models. The principle of “getting it right from the start” was emphasized as a core guideline in HR work. After the course, Hanosimex plans to apply the learnings to workforce planning, refining job titles, job descriptions, and competency frameworks – key foundations for transparent and effective evaluation, training, and HR management. The company has also identified the development of the Hanosimex Culture Handbook as a priority to strengthen cohesion and spread shared values. Hanosimex recommends that the Group continue expanding specialized training programs in areas such as labor law compliance and digital transformation in HR to enhance the capabilities of HR teams across the system.

The HR Pro-Training 2025 program organized by Vinatex’s HR Division provided valuable and practical knowledge, helping participants gain deeper insights into the role of HR in enterprise development. The training content was highly relevant, the instructors were experienced, and the combination of theory and hands-on practice enabled quick understanding and immediate application.

After the course, the Vinatex PD&B Branch implemented training for its sales team on service culture, communication skills, sales processes, and product display. The branch also plans to introduce 360-degree evaluations, review its competency framework, refine its salary regulations, and continue skill-based training. These initiatives are expected to enhance professionalism and effectiveness in HR management. The branch hopes future training programs will be more specialized and tailored to the needs of each unit.

Vo Van Hiep – Deputy Head of Human Resources and Administration, Vinatex Textile and Garment Southern Corporation Ltd., – (VSC)

The HR Pro-Training 2025 program organized by Vinatex’s HR Department was a highly practical initiative, helping participants systematize and comprehensively update their HR knowledge in the context of the textile and garment industry’s digital transformation and workforce restructuring. The program also reflected the Group leadership’s strong commitment to strengthening HR management across its member units.

Through five key modules, participants gained strategic thinking in human resource management, learned methods for developing fair and competitive compensation systems, improved skills in managing labor relations, deepened their understanding of corporate culture and internal communications, and explored the application of AI in various HR activities.

Based on the knowledge gained, participants plan to apply the learnings at VSC through tasks such as improving compensation policies, developing internal communications aligned with corporate culture, applying AI in recruitment and evaluation, and enhancing labor relations.

In the future, participants hope that the Group will expand HR Pro-Training into a series of specialized programs for each HR domain and establish a system-wide HR network to share experiences, promote digital transformation, and advance AI adoption — thereby strengthening professionalism and cohesion across Vinatex’s HR teams.
