Removing Key Bottlenecks

A Moment for Breakthrough
The year 2026 is positioned as the year to accelerate, with the overarching focus on improving the efficiency of existing resources and shifting from a “maintenance” mindset to an “optimization” mindset. The longer-term objective through 2030 is to resolve accumulated losses and rebuild internal strength for sustained growth.
The first key pillar is product restructuring, with a stronger focus on technical yarns that have more stable demand and higher profitability. The share of technical yarns increased from 2.9% in 2024 to 14.6% in 2025; the 2026 target is approximately 20.1% of total output on a 12,180-ton-per-year base (up 720 tons). Technical yarns offer higher value added and support a differentiated competitive edge through distinctive fabric effects.

In parallel, the company is rebalancing its market structure to reduce reliance on China and improve sustainability. In 2025, domestic sales accounted for 39.4% of volume, China 50%, and other markets 10.6%. For 2026, Emtexco targets raising domestic consumption to about 50%, reducing China to around 40%, and maintaining Japan and South Korea at roughly 10%. To win in the domestic market, the company aims to differentiate through “fabric-effect uniqueness” and “fast local delivery”, while also building a denim and khaki fabric library woven from its own yarns to support customers in marketing and sales.
Another important direction is digitalization and higher compliance readiness. Emtexco will continue strengthening certifications such as ISO 9001, WRAP, SMETA, OEKO-TEX, BCI, and GRS. In Q1/2026, the company will complete the digitization of yarn codes and integrate QR codes on product packaging to improve transparency and traceability.

Finally, employees are defined as the center of the acceleration process. The company is implementing performance-linked income policies (with an expected increase of around 5% per year), strengthening welfare and internal communications, enhancing health care, and moving toward a younger workforce—especially in technical roles and office functions.
With 2025 serving as a pivotal foundation year, 8-3 Textile aims to accelerate in 2026 to build momentum for a stronger breakthrough in 2027–2030, gradually eliminating accumulated losses and delivering on its 2025–2030 targets.
